The Seeing things differently activity pack and accompanying tools tell the story of a collaboration between Goldsmiths Community Centre in south London, researchers from the Open University and the Royal College of Art, and The Glass-House, to explore how different media can be used to support creative engagement in local community-led design projects.

The project was part of a wider research project, Media, Community and the Creative Citizen (or Creative Citizens), exploring the value of creative citizenship and the role of media in supporting acts of creative citizenship.

The pack contains a set of resources to help you run your own asset mapping exercise, organise a community ‘walkshop’ or create an ‘event recipe’ for a community event.
